Respect and privacy are the cornerstones of my work. I have no desire to obtain unsolicited information from you, or use your personal information in any way that is not to your benefit. The basis of my privacy policy is simple: I collect only what information is needed to fulfill your request and I do not share it with anyone else outside my organization. I maintain my own websites — rather than use third party platforms — for the express purpose of sovereignty and control over the information that I provide and receive.

Contact forms
If you use the Contact form to make an appointment, request information, or for other purposes, then I receive the information that you provide to fulfill your request (e.g., email, name, message). I do not use this information for other contact or marketing purposes.
Email Signup
In order to add you to my email list, I collect the email address that you provide. More information on my email data policy for anasatara.org is available here, and for aeorchids.com is available here.
Cookies
In order to prevent the redisplay of the content navigation assistance pop up window, a cookie of one month duration is enabled on this website. The intention of this cookie is to prevent distraction and reading disruption from the repeated display of the pop-up message for return visitors. The cookie is automatically deleted after one month.
Google Analytics
My websites use Google Analytics to anonymously track website visitation. No personal information is collected in this process. I only view and use the Google Analytics information for aggregate reports; for example, the total number of monthly visitors to a web page.
Who I share your data with
I do not share any of your information with anyone outside of my organization. I maintain strict confidentiality of all personal information for all clients and inquiries and minimize access to personal information to what is needed to facilitate your request (e.g., setting up an appointment or providing you with requested information).
How long I retain your data
I retain client information and inquiries for a period of three years.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that I erase any personal data that you have provided to me. This does not include any data I are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
